2. Digital Product Licence.
All digital artwork is for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.
You may print the images for personal display at home or in private spaces.
Commercial use resale or modification of artwork without prior permission is prohibited.
You may not distribute, reproduce or claim the artwork as your own.
3. Pricing and Payments.
All changes are listed in Euro and are subject to change.
Payments are processed securely through payment methods outlined.
No refunds are issued on digital downloads once the file is accessed.
4. Image resolution and usage.
Our digital files are provided in high resolution (300 DPI, PNG) for optimal printing quality.
We recommend using professional printing services for the best results.
Virus-free guarantee: All digital files are thoroughly scanned before upload. However, Rosie and Daves garden is not liable for any issues arising from 3rd party downloads, device compatibility or external security risks. Customers are encouraged to maintain up to date antivirus protection.
Rosie and Daves garden is not responsible for variations in colour due to screen displays or printer settings.
5. Intellectual property rights.
All images remain the exclusive property of Rosie and Daves garden.
Unauthorised reproduction distribution or commercial usage violates copyright laws.
6. Change of Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of our digital products after changes indicate acceptance of the new terms.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy.
All products sold by Rosie and Daves garden are digital downloads, meaning no physical items will be shipped. Since digital files cannot be returned once accessed, refunds will be issued only under special circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases.
Duplicate Purchase - If a customer accidentally buys the same digital print twice, they may request a refund for the duplicate item.
File Access Issues - If the digital file cannot be downloaded due to technical errors, we will assist with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Situations.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind - Once the file has been downloaded, refunds will not be given for personal preference changes.
Printing or Device Compatibility issues - Customers are responsible for ensuring that the printing service and software are compatible with our digital files.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund customer, customers must:

Provide order details and describe the issue.
Allow five days for review and resolution.
